1. License

HUMAN & COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD. (주식회사 휴앤컴스) grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MindStruo within the plan, term, and account rights purchased or otherwise granted. There is no account-level limit on registered devices; authentication and entitlement checks still apply to each device. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the software.

2. Permitted use

• Install and use the app on supported devices for lawful personal or business work
• Use app features to search, organize, and edit user material and create outputs
• Keep installers or settings for backup and recovery within the scope allowed by the company

3. Restrictions

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source except where law expressly permits it
• Bypassing or modifying license, signing, billing, update, or security controls
• Unauthorized resale, rental, redistribution, or offering the app as a third-party service
• Malware distribution, unauthorized access, rights infringement, or unlawful use

4. User material and output

Users retain rights in their local originals and content they lawfully control. Providing the software license does not give the company ownership of user source files.

AI output may be wrong or incomplete. Users must verify important facts, figures, citations, permissions, and final formatting.

5. Third parties and updates

Codex, OpenAI, Google, Paddle, Cloudflare, and open-source components are subject to their own terms and licenses.

The company may provide compatibility, security, and feature updates. Support may be limited for security-sensitive old versions. Automatic updates are offered only from a public build whose publisher signature and update-integrity checks have been completed; until then, updates are announced through the official site.

6. Termination and warranty

The company may restrict or terminate a license after a material breach continues despite a reasonable opportunity to cure. Paid access and refunds follow the separate refund policy. Local originals owned by the user are not automatically deleted on termination.

HUMAN & COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD. (주식회사 휴앤컴스)는 이용자에게 구매하거나 무료로 부여받은 플랜, 기간과 계정의 사용권 범위 안에서 MindStruo를 설치하고 사용할 수 있는 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 사용권을 부여합니다. 계정별 등록 기기 수에는 제한을 두지 않습니다. 기기별 본인 확인과 이용권 검증은 계속 적용됩니다. 이 계약은 소프트웨어 소유권을 이전하지 않습니다.

2. 허용 범위

• 개인 또는 회사의 적법한 업무를 위해 지원되는 기기에 앱을 설치하고 사용
• 앱이 제공하는 기능으로 사용자 자료를 검색·정리·편집하고 결과물을 생성
• 백업과 복구를 위해 회사가 허용한 범위에서 설치 파일 또는 설정을 보관

3. 제한

• 법령이 명시적으로 허용하는 경우를 제외한 역설계, 디컴파일 또는 소스 추출
• 라이선스, 서명, 결제, 업데이트 또는 보안 통제를 우회·변조하는 행위
• 앱 또는 구성요소를 무단 재판매·임대·재배포하거나 제3자 서비스로 제공하는 행위
• 악성 코드 배포, 무단 접근, 타인의 권리 침해 또는 불법 목적의 이용

4. 사용자 자료와 결과물

사용자는 자신의 로컬 원본과 적법하게 보유한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리를 유지합니다. 회사는 사용권 제공만으로 사용자 원본의 소유권을 취득하지 않습니다.

AI 결과는 틀리거나 불완전할 수 있으므로 중요한 사실, 수치, 인용, 권한과 최종 형식을 사용자가 확인해야 합니다.

5. 제3자 구성요소와 업데이트

Codex, OpenAI, Google, Paddle, Cloudflare와 오픈소스 구성요소에는 각 공급자의 약관과 라이선스가 별도로 적용됩니다.

회사는 호환성, 보안과 기능 개선을 위해 업데이트를 제공할 수 있습니다. 보안상 중요한 버전은 지원 범위를 제한할 수 있습니다. 자동 업데이트는 배포자 서명과 업데이트 무결성 검증을 마친 공개 빌드에서만 제공하며, 그 전에는 공식 사이트에서 별도로 안내합니다.

6. 종료와 보증

이용자가 계약을 중대하게 위반하고 합리적인 시정 요구에도 위반을 계속하면 회사는 사용권을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 유료 이용권 종료와 환불은 별도 정책을 따릅니다. 종료 뒤에도 사용자가 보유한 로컬 원본은 자동으로 삭제되지 않습니다.

소비자 보호를 위한 강행규정을 제외하고, 앱은 공개된 지원 범위와 현재 상태를 기준으로 제공됩니다. 문의: support@mindstruo.com
