MindStruo began by addressing the friction I kept encountering in real AI-assisted projects.
It started with a small app
In early 2026, I wanted to try building a calendar app or a small game with ChatGPT and Gemini. With little coding experience, I applied generated code, brought errors back and tried again.
Later experiments with more autonomous coding environments revealed another need: a longer project must preserve the reasons behind decisions, failed attempts and unfinished work, not just its code.
The reason I returned
Trying Codex brought me back to experiments I had set aside. I found it easier to complete real work and developed those experiments into a workspace for longer-running project context.
I became interested in more than a single good answer: making earlier decisions and evidence useful in the next task. Those experiments became MindStruo.
Still being shaped by real work
MindStruo aims to help preserve a project’s purpose and constraints as work grows or conversations change. We are refining a workflow for reviewing project state and evidence, separating completed and unfinished work, and preparing the next request.
I want to understand what helped, what got in the way and what differed from the description. Improving an existing workflow can matter more than adding another feature.

Planned early-access offer
Checkout is not open. The initial monthly paid Early Access offer will provide MindStruo Core Pro, including Studio. The planned monthly price is US$14.99 for the USD offer and KRW 19,900 for the Korean offer, with the same included features. Founding status includes the same features as other Early Access subscriptions, with no additional product features or ordinary discount. Retention of the original subscription price is exclusive to Founding 100. The USD offer is charged in US dollars. Before purchase, Paddle Checkout shows applicable taxes, the billing period, renewal date, and final amount. Your bank may apply its own conversion or fees.
A successful first payment creates only provisional Founding eligibility in verified first-payment order. After one calendar month has elapsed, the service verifies the first monthly renewal transaction is completed in Paddle and has a billing period, then confirms #001–#100 for up to 100 eligible accounts. A pending candidate has no numbered rank, and starting or completing the first checkout does not reserve a place or number. Cancellation or refund before confirmation removes the candidate, so the next eligible account is reviewed. Confirmation may be delayed while refund, cancellation, dispute, or a renewal whose completed transaction and billing period have not been verified is reviewed. Only confirmed members receive numbered ranks, which are never reassigned. This static site does not display live or estimated remaining places.
Only subscriptions with Founding 100 membership retain their original monthly price and currency until the MindStruo service records terminal cancellation. Other Early Access subscriptions do not include price retention. A scheduled cancellation while confirmation is pending holds the award. For confirmed Founding membership, a scheduled cancellation, pause, payment retry or permitted grace period alone does not end continuity, and withdrawing the schedule before terminal cancellation preserves it. Once terminal cancellation is recorded, the Founding number, if any, and price-continuity eligibility are permanently lost. A later purchase is a new subscription at the price shown then and does not restore the previous number or continuity.
No annual plan or free trial is planned at launch.
MindStruo and Codex
- MindStruo is independently developed and operated by HUMAN & COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD. (주식회사 휴앤컴스) and is not an OpenAI product.
- Document generation and analysis require the user to have separate access to OpenAI Codex.
- OpenAI Codex access and charges are not included in the MindStruo subscription.
- Supported local file opening, search, graph, and preview features can be used without Codex.
Payment and delivery
Where Paddle is shown as the seller, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for payment processing, tax calculation, receipts, and approved refunds. HUMAN & COMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD. (주식회사 휴앤컴스) remains responsible for the product, entitlements, features, and product support.
A checkout success screen alone does not grant access. Paid features activate after a verified Paddle transaction and subscription state reach the MindStruo license service.
