Planned early-access offer
The initial offer is a monthly paid early-access bundle of MindStruo Core Pro and Studio. The planned price is KRW 19,900 or USD 15.99 per month. The final price, currency, taxes, billing period, and renewal date will be shown in Paddle Checkout before purchase.
No annual plan or free trial is planned at launch. Pricing for new or returning customers may change after early access. An existing Korean recurring subscription will not be increased through a general notice alone.
MindStruo and Codex
- MindStruo is independently developed and operated by 주식회사 휴앤컴스 and is not an OpenAI product.
- Document generation and analysis require the user to have separate access to OpenAI Codex.
- Codex subscription or OpenAI API charges are not included in the MindStruo subscription.
- Supported local file opening, search, graph, and preview features can be used without Codex.
Payment and delivery
Where Paddle is shown as the seller, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for payment processing, tax calculation, receipts, and approved refunds. 주식회사 휴앤컴스 remains responsible for the product, entitlements, features, and product support.
A checkout success screen alone does not grant access. Paid features activate after a verified Paddle transaction and subscription state reach the MindStruo license service.
